Cancellation and Change Policies

Cancellation Policy:
More than 48 hours before the tour: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the tour date, an administrative fee of 10% will be applied on the total paid.
Less than 48 hours before the tour or no show: If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, arrive late or don’t show up, no refunds will be given and changes to your reservation will not be allowed.

Changes of date:
Up to 24 hours before the tour: You can request a date change at no additional cost if you do so at least 24 hours before the tour. All changes are subject to availability.
