Great restaurant - memorableRated:![]() by PC from US Written 7 months ago | Lovely views of sunsets and the passing parade on the Malecon. Had several great meals last fall.
Very nice service. A must: do not leave PV without having Vitea's cold tomato gazpacho with cucumber, sweet peppers and cream! It is the most memorable soup I've found in 35 years of gourmet dining ande cooking. Great location for lunch or dinner. Take a table outside rather than inside behind glass. |
Crowded, with good reasonby Don L. from USAWritten 1 year ago | We ate at Vitea last time we were in town and had a wonderful meal. I had the Red Snapper and my wife had one of the best chicken dishes in town (she still raves about it). We waited about 20 minutes for a table, but it was worth the wait. Excellent service and a great view of the sunset. It's been added to our regular list of places to eat. Looking forward to going back in February. |
A bit expensiveRated:![]() by Jorge Medrano from Mexico Written 1 year ago | The place has a great location. Service hours are great too (kitchen closes at midnight. Food is good, not great. I had heard excellent comments from Vitea, so I had high expectations. At the end, prices seemed to me a bit high for what you get. The place is great for drinks if you seat on the outside tables. Cheers! |
Good Flavors, Great Location, Room For Improvementby Marco Garcia Pineda from MexicoWritten 2 years ago | A nice introduction to good dining in PV for the first timer, the location is perfect for being close to the Malecon and parking if you want to do the traditional evening post prandial promenade. I've had lunch and dinner here, and both experiences were good but not outstanding. The food had good flavors, although the portions were a bit small. The martinis were definitely on the weak side. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Not on my top ten but would definitely go back. |
warm beerby Steve from USWritten 2 years ago | We stopped in for a noontime beer and it was $3 for a warm Corona. We won't be going back.
