Wonderful eveningRated:![]() by Terri from United states Written 3 months ago | Jill and I escorted our sons and their friends for their senior trip to Mexico. We came to Tino's on the recommendation from an entertainer at our hotel. We asked to have a table placed on the beach which they gladly did at the restaurant. We spent the next 3 hours grazing on seafood and appetizers- 3 lb lobsters, bass, shrimp, etc. Great, non-intrusive service, wonderful food and at, to me, unbelievably reasonable prices. We are all looking for a return trip. P.S. great place to cocktail and watch the surfers too. |
My favorite spot to eat at!Rated:![]() by Teresa from USA Written 1 year ago | This was our second visit to Tino's and it was just as good as the first. The service was excellent, but more so, we were not rushed to pay our bill and leave. After lunch, we sat in the sand, ordered more drinks and swam, came back and order more drinks. We were able to sit as long as we wanted and the service they gave us for the length of time we were there was the same as if we were just there for lunch. |
Excellent seafood and romatic place.Rated:![]() by Julie from mexico Written 1 year ago | By nightfall the usual view is an intimate atmosphere based on small candles on each table and a soft overall illumination provided by the many torches installed on terrace in the border of the sea.
Good place for a romantic dinner. |
Excellent mood restaurantRated:![]() by Gabriel Gonzalez from México Written 1 year ago | We went to have a nice afternoon with my family at the beach and afterwards to have the best seafood meal in vallarta area, excellent service and you have to try the conchas Tino′s... We hang out for a long time and then we left toward the hotel with a big smile on our face... |
Try the Pescado ZarandeadoRated:![]() by Ron B from USA Written 2 years ago | The Pescado Zerandeado was fabulous. It is simply a whole fish, butterflied, in this case sea bass, wet rubbed with spices placed in a large fish basket and grilled over an open charcoal/wood grill, flipped back and forth while being basted with melted butter. It is then served on a large platter with lime marinated red onions and corn tortillas. My wife opted for the fried shrimp, which I tasted of coarse, and they were possibly the best I have ever tasted. Great big giant butterflied beauties. All this was served at a table some twenty feet from the ocean in an open-air palapa. At sunset it was a tremendous view with small palm trees swaying in the tropical breeze right outside on the the beach. The wait staff was polite, efficient and friendly. The drinks were large and refreshing. I had the Green- lipped Mussels Munier as an appetizer and the wife had a giant fresh green salad. Both were very good. Very reasonable priced as well. Total bill was $643.00 pesos or about $60.00 USD for drinks, appetizer and main course. I definately will come again. In fact tonight may be another night to remember and anothe dish to try...... |
