I ate lunch here with my family and the waiter attempted to scam us by scratching out (with his pen) the "tip" line at the bottom of the check. I had the presence of mind to add up the check myself, which is how I figured out that the waiter had taken the liberty of adding a tip to the final check. I asked him is the tip was mandatory and he said no. I have never had such a scam attempted on me before. The sad thing is that I would've given him a decent tip because the service wasn't bad (I gave a grade of "very poor" for service because of this attempted scam).

If you do decide to eat here, La Mexicana burger was pretty good, but the burritos were God-awful.

Excellent wait staff, food was 100%. Best coconut shrimp around, burgers are huge.
The live music "black beans" were great. It was my 1st trip to PV and it will be the 1st place I eat when I return.

I can't say enough good things about Herman our waiter, we never had a dirty dish around the table.
Go alittle late for dinner and get a good table to watch the band.

Great waiters, friendly and effecient. Food was really good. Had the Calamari and a HUGE cheese burger. The view of the Malecon from our balcony table was great. Good value too. Two burgers, appetizer, iced tea and diet soda total about $28.00 USD. Would recommend if you're in the mood for a good old US burger and in the downtown area.

Great place to eat and waiters are very nice.
I have a sister in a wheelchair, and they carry her up the stairs in her chair. Great Guys.

My kids and I went to Paradise Burger in July 2007. A waiter never came to the table. When asked the staff just looked around. When a waiter came to the table he said "Talk to me what you want". We then left a 20 min waist of our time.

My husband and I came to Paradise burger and we were hooked!! The food is awesome and the ppl there are even better! The cheese fries are to die for!!

I went to Paradise Burger on March 11th 2007 with my girlfriend and another couple. We all ordered burgers and they were great. Try the chili fries too, they were phenomenal. Service was good and the view was great. If you are in PV and looking for some "comfort food" I would highly recommend checking it out.
