Celebrate the greatness of France as only La Petite France knows how. From July 14th to the August 4th, the seventh annual "Vive La France" festival will be held, commemorating the anniversary of the French Revolution. 217 years after this historical event, all Vallartans are invited to celebrate Freedom, Equality and Brotherhood with a series of Bohemian-style culinary, musical and cultural events.
 Friday, July 14th, at exactly 9 o'clock pm, the celebration will begin with a violin and piano concert led by 10 year-old Russian violinist Ivan Tuvaev, accompanied on piano by Carolina Rodriguez. Together, they will interpret a light classic music program while you are enjoying a seven-course meal. The romantic voice of Cesáreo and the piano of Carlos Lago, will complement the atmosphere of the evening.
One week later, Saturday July 22nd at 11:00 am, Samuel Gómez Luna, a member of the Youth Chapter of the Meritorious Society of Geography and Statistic of the State of Jalisco from Guadalajara, will speak on important characters of the French Revolution, their philosophy and their relevance to the present. The lecture begins at 11:00 am morning in the Cultural Mezzanine of the restaurant (top floor).
Plan on a more Bohemian and intimate atmosphere; this social gathering will feel like "Flavors and aromas around a piano", a culinary-musical comedy event for those who really enjoy good food and good drink! Talks and commentaries among participants on art, songs, cuisine and "good living" will be a common denominator; while Cesáreo and Carlos Lago add a musical touch to the night. Tequila tasting, wines and cheeses are also included in the program that will begin on Thursday July 27th at 8:30 p.m.
