 A brand new Mitsubishi automobile is the grand prize that will be handed out for a hole in one during the Fourth Annual American School of Puerto Vallarta Golf Tournament, which takes place this Saturday, May 26th at 9:00am.
The luxurious El Tigre Golf Club, at Paradise Village, plays host to this amateur competition organized by the Society of Parents of this school. The awards ceremony, together with a silent auction, will take place during the late-evening of same Saturday at the Paradise Village Convention Center in Nuevo Vallarta.
Registration for the tournament is $1,600 pesos per person or $3,000 pesos per couple and includes a "taquiza" for the competitors. When the competition is over, there will be dinner and an auction-casino night. If you wish to attend only the dinner, the cost is $450 pesos per person. This year, in addition to the adult category, for the first time, there will be an open section exclusively for children with a cost of $700 pesos each.
A big thanks to the contributions collected during this event in previous years. The foundation "Busca un Amigo" (Looking for a Friend) that operates a rehabilitation center for children with Cerebral Palsy in Pitillal, will be the beneficiary with the construction of a special therapeutic swimming pool for the children with cerebral palsy.
