15th Annual Festival Gourmet

The curtain rises and the table is set at the most recognized restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit with international guest chefs presenting their finest culinary arts creations to the public. This is the feast of fine food that needs no further presentation; the 15th Annual International Gourmet Festival will begin on November 12 and will run until November 22.
A total of 15 restaurants and 10 hotels will participate this year with the traditional chef's tables, where the guest chef at each restaurant or hotel will prepare their greatest dishes to please the palates of the attendees.
The opening will take place on November 12 at 8:30pm at Casa Velas Marina Vallarta. There will be a club atmosphere, where you can enjoy gourmet tapas, wine and tequila selections, an orchestra and DJ for dancing and fireworks and will welcome all the guest chefs.
Every evening at 8:00pm, there will be Winemaker's Night event with a delicious menu and wine pairings of chef's table menu. In addition, on November 16, 18 and 19, there will be Gourmet Cooking Demonstrations, in which top chefs share their recipes, methods and secrets; all demonstrations will be simultaneously presented in English and Spanish.
Other activities to be undertaken during the festival are: Chocolate and Tea World Pairing, a Gourmet Safari, a Gourmet Brunch, and La Boulangerie & Café Arte, a Chef's Hall of Fame, a Chef's Hell Raising Party, and Cheeses of the World & Wine Tasting.
