We visited the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta for 2 weeks at christmas time. The staff were amazing. At first they booked us (2 adults, 2 teen-agers) in a small room that contained 2 double beds, no privacy. We figured it would have been extremely hard living so close together for two weeks so we had no other choice to complain, and later that afternoon we were moved to a double queen sized room with a downstairs area. The hotel was extremely clean, service again was amazing. Food was great, location is great if you enjoy walking! the only downside of our stay here were the themed nights after dinner. They were boring, but would have been more exciting if i had downed more tequila. :)

My husband and I have been to the Holiday Inn several times and we love it.
The staff are awesome and have yet to have a bad experience. The food is great as you get serveral different options and the place is clean and well kept. We have stayed in places that are newer and more expensive as well, but we seem to find that this vacation is perfect for us.
We had to once use the hotel Doctor that is on staff and we had no issues and he was wonderful as well.
We can walk, take a bus or taxi easily and are very central to everything.
We would be glad to recommend it to anyone.

The staf were unbelievable....worked their butts off to make sure all guests were happy. They went to the extreme to make th Fiesta on the beach a great experience. Fantastic pool area, great view of the bay and pool from almost all rooms. Food was fantastic, loved the buffet area, great view. Grea bar service, but tips will get you the better drinks.

All in all a great place to stay

Plan to go back next year. Only complaint is that the beds are hard.
