Nostalgic, tranquil, unpluggedRated:![]() by roberta from United States Written 11 months ago | I love this hotel. It's a bit of "old" Vallarta tucked away on a narrow stone street not far from the old cathedral. Breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace. Only 18 Rooms, small and simply furnished. No phones, no TV -- but I like it that way! Beautiful cascading flowers and bushes around the main level patio. Small, but refreshing swimming pool -- a little awkward getting in and out, since there is only an aluminum step ladder to get in. No way to "lounge," but that's okay. The charm of this place makes up for the small inconveniences -- like no elevator and steps leading everywhere...not for the disabled! Nice restaurant, and snacks on the roof terrace are great. Try the guacamole and chips and watch the sun go down on the bay. |
Wonderful Cuatro Vientosby Bea Grayson from USAWritten 2 years ago | While I have never stayed at the hotel I have
eaten at the wonderful resturant many times and have never been disappointed. I was the sales director for the Original Hotel Garza Blanca and this was one of the few places we recommended for a romantic evening out. Always great food and friendly service. |
